"In a nutshell: Highly unreliable, every bowl is a crap-shoot with this thing. Sometimes I can get it hot enough to vape the herb, and sometimes it just burns the herb outright. Most of the time however it wont even heat up enough to vape. Mission critical this is not. For example, this morning I left for work with Thermovape loaded and four (just purchased new) freshly charged batteries right off the charger. I loaded the first two and nursed the warmup process along with light puffs while batteries feebly attempted to heat the herb. The chamber grew slightly warm to the touch for a few minutes and a very light taste began to emerge from the chamber, yet no vapor came out, and soon the heat began to wane. Slightly annoyed that my first set of batteries had been so ineffective, I loaded the second set rapidly to retain as much heat in the chamber as possible. Holding the slider, I puffed lightly to help move heat up into the chamber and over the next few minutes it did warm up a little more. However I could tell this was not enough heat, as anyone who has used a ThermoVape Evolution will attest the device is not running hot enough unless your hands are also being burnt. In the end, I came to work this morning completely un-medicated. If I crack today and set fire to the place, then I blame Thermo Essence Technologies."
