Right on the face of the Butter Brewer you have four distinct large faced buttons; butter, tincture, oil, and DIY. You can easily push any of them and get going in a matter of seconds, couldn't be easier. From there you can confiugre your cook time, temperature, mix interval, and mix duration. Tons of options so you can really fine tune your process each time you do it. The DIY setting even lets your set a range from 90° F to 300° F for up to 45 hour brews.

The 4 quart/1 gallon pot inside is able to be removed for easy cleaning in the dishwasher, with a non-stick surface to boot. The Butter Brewer makes amazing quality butters, oils, and tinctures using its automatic stirring inside that is intended for better infusions.
