The carb rests on the left hand side where your thumb sits naturally, while the ergonomic bowl cups in the palm of your hand for a relaxing experience while in use. The long stem is going to cool the smoke on the way down and also catch resin and any material that may try to make it to the mouthpiece. Even if anything were to make it to the mouthpiece, the reverse ash catcher mouthpiece is going to take care of the rest and leave your session uninterrupted.
