The first chamber of the Santa Cruz Shredder Rasta grinder uses 2 rows of "Shredder" teeth to grind blends to a fluffy consistency. Precision cut holes drop the blends to the second chamber where the are sifted of any tiny material. Ground blends can be collected in the second chamber and smaller material can be stored for later collection in the third chamber below the screen.
Each chamber is held together with minimal threading, which makes opening and closing the grinder pieces easier and reduces the risk of cross threading or other damage associated with extended grinder use.
The medium Santa Cruz Shredder is about 53mm (about 2.1 inches) wide and is perfect for normal everyday blend grinding.
