4. I understand that vaporizers are not approved medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease or illness. I also understand that vaporizers are not smoking cessation devices. I agree to speak to a healthcare professional before placing an order or refrain from placing an order if I am pregnant or nursing, have or may have a health condition, or have questions or concerns regarding the general health effects of vaporizers, e-liquid, and/or nicotine.
5. I understand that EZVapes makes no representations of any kind, express or implied, about the suitability of any product sold on our site for merchantability or any particular purpose.
6. I agree that I am responsible for compliance with my local laws and hereby declare that all items purchased will be used for lawful purposes. In addition, I agree to remain in compliance with any local legislation related to e-cigarettes, nicotine use, vaporizers or any other mandate as it relates to my use of products I purchase from EZVapes, whether these limitations already exist or come into effect in the future.
7. I agree that EZVapes shall not be liable in contract, in tort (including negligence), or otherwise for damage or loss of other property, loss of use of property or equipment, claims of customers of buyer, or for any special indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall EZVapes' liability exceed the purchase price of the goods in respect of which damages are claimed.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EZVapes, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to my account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by me or any other person accessing the site using my customer account.
9. In addition to these Terms and Conditions of Use, I confirm that I have read and understand the FAQ section and billing, shipping, and returns section. I hereby unconditionally agree to be bound by and comply with all policies, terms, and procedures listed therein and agree to refrain from ordering if I do not.
